of Shanghai Huahong NEC Electronics Company (now HHGrace HKSE 1347), and co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Penstar Technology Company. Also served
Intel Corp.in a variety of roles earlier in his career. Began his career in the United States at Texas A&M University - Kingsville, rising to become
a turned associate professor. Was honored Scientific Chinese Figures 2015. Earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Nankai University, Tianjin, China,
and master’s and Ph.D degrees in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station.
